ATTACHMENT
ATTACHMENT-BASED THERAPY
Attachment-based therapy examines how your early experiences with caregivers created templates for how you relate to others, manage emotions, and navigate closeness and distance in relationships. This approach helps you recognise attachment patterns—anxious, avoidant, or disorganised—and understand how they show up in your current relationships, both personal and professional. It's particularly effective when you struggle with relationship patterns that keep repeating, difficulty trusting others, fear of abandonment or intimacy, or when you want to develop more secure ways of connecting that weren't modelled for you growing up.

AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH
THERAPEUTIC APpROACHES
Integration means these approaches work together in a single session - not as a sequence, and not something you need to keep track of. Kate holds that complexity so you don't have to; you just show up.
