I'm a postgraduate-qualified and registered counsellor/therapist who brings clinical training, trauma-informed practice, and two decades of professional experience to our work together. I specialise in helping women move through anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the exhausting cycle of people-pleasing, using evidence-based approaches that make sense and support real change.
