Your first session is always 80 minutes to give us time to understand what brings you here, explore what you're hoping to achieve, and ensure we're a good fit before moving forward.


After that, you can choose any session length that works best for you. Many clients find their preferred rhythm after a few sessions - we'll work this out together.


Who this is for

Women navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, people-pleasing, trauma recovery, or grief and loss. This work is for you if you want to understand yourself more clearly, make decisions with confidence, and build a life that genuinely reflects who you are.


What you can expect

Your first session creates the foundation for our work together. We'll explore what's brought you here, what you're hoping to achieve, and begin identifying the patterns or challenges you want to address. This isn't just an intake appointment - it's the start of therapeutic work. You'll leave with clarity about how we'll work together and initial strategies you can use straightaway.


After your session, you'll receive a brief recap email (if you've opted in) and we'll develop therapy goals tailored to what you're working on. Assessment tools are available where clinically relevant.

Interstate and international face-to-face sessions can be arranged on request and by agreement.
