THIS IS KINDRED

First session

Your first session is always 80 minutes to give us time to understand what brings you here, explore what you're hoping to achieve, and ensure we're a good fit before moving forward.

After that, you can choose any session length depending on what feels most supportive. Many clients find their preferred rhythm after a few sessions. This is something we can work out together.
